Serving Suggestions
1 teaspoon per day (Maximum 3)
Half a teaspoon on rising and half before bed. First time users start with 1/8th of a teaspoon and gradually increase. As Fermented Hemp+ is a food it can be eaten direct from the spoon, added to a smoothie, your favourite recipes or sprinkled on your meals.
