Vegan Cashew Cheeze Recipe

The hardest aspect of avoiding dairy is going without cheese. But when you try this vegan cheeze with its own natural probiotic culture, life with homemade pizza, nachos, and pasta is much lighter and healthier.


  • 2 cups of cashews
  • 2 spring onions leaves and roots trimmed
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 tbs of savoury yeast
  • Juice of 1 lemon or 2 smaller lemons
  • 1 cup of water
  • Fresh herbs: tarragon, basil, sage
  • 1 tbs of olive oil
  • ½ tsp of Probiotic Foods for Everyone

Blend all the ingredients and season to taste. Add more or less water depending on the consistency you want. Keeps refrigerated for 4 days if it lasts!
